January 24th & 25th, 2019, at the Veteran's Memorial Coliseum

on the Arizona State Fairgrounds

How can you help?
We are always looking for volunteers who love working with animals.  If you are interested in working with our team, please visit the About Us tab to drop us a line!

Who can receive services at the StandDown?
Any veteran from any branch of the military who can show proof of service.  Your DD214, or discharge papers, serve as proof.

What do we need?
We need new or clean and gently used collars, leashes, unbreakable bowls, pet beds, warm pet clothes and shoes, pet toys, pet food, and money for medical supplies.

What types of animals will we see?
We most frequently examine dogs and cats, but have also examined tortoises, rabbits, guinea pigs, and birds.  If you are wondering whether we will see your animal, go to the About Us page to email us.
